If you make a reservation for a future date and we find out that our homes will not be open during your time of stay because of a state or county order or that a maximum capacity has been put in place that your group is larger than, we will extend a full refund to you.
Do you offer a keyless entry system so we don't have to go to a property management office?
From the day our business opened, we have offered keyless entry systems at each of our homes so that you can check in whenever you would like and will not need to interact with someone outside of your own group to do so.
At the Makena Surf Resort, you will need to send one person to the office to check your group in with them and receive your parking pass.

The Oregon coast is known for its rugged, breathtaking beauty. Cannon Beach is known for Haystack Rock, the monolith that rises from the waves, and for its cute coastal town filled with restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and candy shops. Easily marked hiking trails surrounding the area provide incredible vantage points of the coast line. It's the perfect setup for a restful vacation centered on being in the great outdoors and breathing the fresh coastal/forest air.
Arch Cape, where our homes are situated, is a quiet neighborhood set on a quiet beach. You can enjoy everything the town of Cannon Beach has to offer, and then retreat back to the privacy of a less populated beach if Cannon Beach gets too busy for your taste.
The fully equipped kitchens give you the opportunity to create your own meals, and the double dishwashers make clean-up a breeze! While many restaurants do not offer delivery, there are options for mouth-watering take-out meals to enjoy around a bonfire on the beach or in the comfort of "your own dining room".

For those who live in the United States, traveling to Maui is a simple process because you know the language, you won't pay any currency conversion fees, and you can leave your passport at home.
While Maui has picked up in popularity over the last ten years and some areas can be known for crowds and traffic, the Wailea-Makena end of Maui (where our condo is situated) is typically relatively quiet and peaceful compared to other parts of the island. The Makena Surf Resort management has been staying knowledgeable about current regulations and implementing them out of concern for the safety of those in the resort.
Our condo is an end unit that has its own private lanais, one with breathtaking ocean/sunset views. It does not share an entryway with another unit, and the only people you will typically see in the backyard are the security team making their rounds or the landscapers keeping the grounds pristine.
The fully equipped kitchen makes creating your own meals while watching the ocean a joy! Many local restaurants offer delivery or take-out so that you can enjoy their fares from the comfort of the private lanai or the beautiful dining table.
