We know when our guests look for the perfect vacation home for their group, they consider things like location, number of bedrooms,
the style of the home, guest reviews, and certain amenities.
What our guests don't expect is the attention to detail we have put into every home! Each aspect has been meticulously thought through....
What are the most comfortable mattresses we can find. Which throw pillow for the chair in the bedroom. Where to display our instruction book. What shampoo scent is best for our guests with allergies. What color the light switches should be. How many dinner plates a group might use in a sitting. If the beach towels are more accessible in the laundry room cupboards or the linen closet. Will our guests need one iron or two. At Thanksgiving, how would our guests cook a turkey. If a guest needs to go downstairs in the middle of the night, is the stairway lit up enough for them to see well yet without waking anyone else up. What should we provide for families with babies.
The way we have thought through the details of our homes is hard to describe and can only be fully grasped by personal experience! Our greatest desire is that our guests enter a Heritage Vacation Home feeling welcomed and well-taken care of. And the greatest gift we can receive is hearing how surprised our guests have been by the way we set up their vacation home to make their experience the best it possibly could be!
